The Wattbike Healthspan Score is a powerful, science-backed metric based on VO₂ Max, designed to give you a clear picture of your cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) - one of the most reliable indicators of long-term health and performance. It measures how efficiently your heart, lungs, and muscles work together during exercise, providing valuable insight into your overall health and longevity.
Your Healthspan Score can indicate your risk of illness or cardiovascular disease, and it serves as a meaningful benchmark for tracking and improving your CRF and predicted VO₂ Max over time.

The Healthspan Check is a short, guided workout (6–12 minutes) that gives powerful insight into your fitness and long-term health.
Available on the Wattbike Hub App, the session starts easy and ramps up each minute until you reach an RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) of 7. You’ll get real-time guidance with personalised power and cadence targets-so you always know exactly what to do.
