Shipping policy

  1. DELIVERY

1.1. Delivery occurs when Goods are delivered to the Delivery Address.

1.2. We aim to deliver Goods by the date specified in the Order Acknowledgment but are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If delivery is delayed for over 30 Working Days, you may cancel the Contract and claim reasonable losses.

1.3. We may deliver Goods in instalments.

1.4. If you fail to accept delivery, we may charge for storage and redelivery, including the cost of repeat deliveries.

1.5. You must notify us of any damages or shortages within 7 Working Days of delivery.

1.6. On delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the number of packages received matches the number signed for.

1.7. If you cancel the order after it has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be responsible for any delivery or return costs incurred by us.

1.8. Standard (boxed) delivery is to the threshold of the property only. If you live in an apartment building, delivery will be made to the ground floor entrance or foyer. The delivery service does not include carrying the bike upstairs or into individual apartments.

1.9. If you require delivery to a room of choice, we may be able to arrange this through our delivery partner for an additional fee. Please contact us directly before delivery to discuss the available options.

  1. RISK AND TITLE OF GOODS

2.1. The risk of damage to or loss of Goods transfers to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address or when we attempt delivery if you refuse to accept it.

2.2. Ownership of the Goods transfers to you upon delivery.
